Leadership and management

TAC Senior Leadershoip Team, Management and complaints:
The Senior Leadership Team together with the senior co-worker(s) are responsible for the 
day to day running of Tigh a’Chomainn. In the first instance they will provide your line 
management, give you guidance, and are responsible for the service overall.

They are supported by a council of management who help them in these roles in an advisory 
capacity. Currently Alison Thomson is our chair and she can be contacted by email (See 
below) should you have any issues that you feel you cannot resolve with fellow co-workers 
or the management Team at TAC.
