These policies reflect the framework within which the Board of Trustees considers the activities of the Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill Community should be conducted.

Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill’s policies apply to everybody living or working in Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill. This includes any subsidiaries.

Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill’s policies refer to anybody working at Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill as “co-worker”, which encompasses a wide variety of working relationships that Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill Camphill, e.g. employed co-workers, vocational co-worker, foundation students and volunteers. 

Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill’s policies refer to all service users as “members”. 

Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill’s policies underpin the way that the community operates under current legislation, regulations and guidelines. In addition to these policies, Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill also operates through various procedures, which apply to specific parts or the whole organisation. These procedures are based on Tigh a'Chomainn Camphill’s policies.
