Van usage expectations

For day work shop activities

Equipment or materials transported in the van must be clean or stored in a suitable bag.

All items transported in the boot of the vehicle must be secure before setting off.

Work boots, jackets, over trousers and excessively dirty/ muddy trousers must be transported in a suitable bag and not worn in the cabin.

The van must be cleaned at the end of the day, this includes wiping down hard surfaces.

The driver must complete the vehicle log book. All damage must be reported in a timely manner.

For general use and outings

Outdoor clothing should be stored in the boot if it is excessively dirty.

After an outing the van should be left clean and tidy. Please hoover and wipe hard surfaces if necessary.
