Context

In late 2023 and early 2024 we undertook the following steps to
understand our ethos and values.

Reflect with the Community through the Community Meeting on the
question “ what is important to me”.

Undertake an analysis of the core qualities of our organisation as
expressed in key documentation.

Develop and capture a sense of what is current and meaningful for our
organisation.
