Ensure residents have access to what they need at all times and support them with this as necessary.
Support new young co-workers with little or no experience to feel welcome, show them what to do and be patient as they learn.
Help maintain an environment of mutual responsibility, care and respect for all.
Remember that one’s own attitude to tasks including those we are less keen on affects all those around you and it is key that this does not impact on others however we may feel.
