Support and supervision

All co-workers like yourself will have support and supervision on a monthly basis or in
keeping with our Pastoral Care Policy. This will cover varied subjects some of which will be
specific to Social Care in Scotland and some related to the work and life in Camphill. Your
supervisor will be a senior co-worker/manager with experience and we will endeavour to
ensure they meet with you soon after your arrival to look at your timetable with us and
cover any mandatory training required under British law.
